Online stores sell on photos they took themselves. The people who have the product in their hands are the buyers, and few of them are ever asked. Galu is a short page they open after delivery, to film the product or take a photo, in their own words.
What Galu does
The store sends one link after delivery. The buyer records a video of up to 60 seconds or takes one photo, with no app and no account.
Every buyer is asked the same question: can it be shown on the store's website. Only what they allowed can appear, and only after the store approves it.
Each buyer gets a link to take it back at any time, and every answer is kept in a consent record.
