Galu Refund Policy

This policy is published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails. Galu is operated by Ahmed Mustafa, freelance document FL-657428298, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

1. What applies today

Galu offers no paid plans today and charges nothing. A new account has a free trial of 7 days. The trial never turns into a paid plan and you are never charged for it, so there is nothing to refund.

2. If paid plans are offered

If Galu offers paid plans, they will be billed through Salla, and refunds will follow Salla's billing terms. Galu makes no refund promise beyond those terms. You will be able to cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the period you have paid for. Galu will update this policy and the Terms of Service before any paid plan is offered.
